I’m interested in the point where the diagram stops and the real system begins.
Cybersecurity, infrastructure, institutional resilience, national-security strategy, and the translation work required to make all of them useful to people who have to act.
I’m a cybersecurity and systems-resilience operator working across remote and hybrid environments. My technical work has included infrastructure modernization, secure environment design, security operations, endpoint governance, telemetry, and the operating discipline that keeps complex systems understandable and recoverable.
I’m also completing graduate work through Syracuse University’s Maxwell School in international relations and national security. That has sharpened the way I look at technical problems: not just as configurations and controls, but as systems shaped by institutions, incentives, economic capacity, human behavior, and strategy.
That combination is the through-line here. I like work that requires both technical depth and the ability to explain what matters to an executive, researcher, policymaker, client, or teammate without changing the facts for the audience.

Start with reality
What is verified? What is inferred? What is still unknown? What can the system actually do today? Good strategy gets weaker, not stronger, when those categories blur.
Think in systems
Technical controls are only one layer. People, incentives, dependencies, governance, failure modes, information flow, timing, and recovery all change the outcome.
Translate without flattening
The same problem may need to be explained differently to an engineer, executive, policy professional, or client. The language can change; the underlying evidence should not.
Build for sustained use
I care about what survives operational load: documentation, recovery paths, explicit ownership, bounded automation, clear decisions, and tools people will actually use.
